On Saturday, Dec. 5, the Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor is hosting its annual Christmas Fair and all are invited.

Come early – doors open at 9 a.m. and the fair runs until 1 p.m. Coffee is free with the purchase of a breakfast treat. Soups and chowders will be offered slightly later for the lunch crowd.

Visit the Missions Table with socially responsible gifts and gift cards for donations to the Community Fuel Fund, Habitat For Humanity and Heifer Project. The Silent Auction Center will be a fun place to stop and make a bid or two or three on new, like new or collectible items. New this year is the Christmas Treasures booth. Seasonal and Christmas crafts made right here by our own church members. You’ll find clove scented seasonal pumpkins, uniquely designed small lighted Christmas trees, handcrafted wooden trees, snowmen votives, hand-knitted winter hats with bling, hand designed gift cards, children’s gifts and so much more. Start your Christmas shopping with us … so much to see!

Join in our festive Cookie Walk, cookies of every kind for your shopping pleasure, and don’t miss the bake shop full of fresh baked pies and other creative baked goods for your holiday entertaining.
