Boothbay Harbor Town Manager Thomas Woodin recently announced several openings on various town boards and committees.

The Budget Committee has two available positions and meets between December and March, in preparation for the annual budget to be presented at town meeting each May. There are seven members on this committee.

The Board of Appeals has two available positions, and meets on an as-needed basis. This board consists of five regular members and two alternates who hear the appeals of code enforcement officer decisions.

The Port Committee has two available positions. The committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m., and is responsible for the management of harbor activities.
