B. Louise and Irene Gerny, 15 The Ledges (West Side Road and Cross Road). Applicants propose to amend the High View Subdivision to break off a 1.77-acre parcel from their 13.71-acre parcel for sale to their abutting neighbor.

C. Betty Torrance, 48 Four Wheel Drive. Applicant proposes to amend the West Shore Road Subdivision, to join a 1.77-acre parcel being purchased from Louis and Irene Gerny, her abutting neighbors.
