Boothbay boys’ tennis team lost all five matches in a loss May 17 against Carrabec High School in North Anson. In singles,  Carrabec’s Jackson Sidell defeated Henry Drapeau, 10-4. Scott Mason defeated Max Hoecker, 10-3, in second singles. Liam Serafino  defeated Cody Field, 10-7, in third singles. In doubles, the Carrabec duo Brady Miller and Estanis Pena defeated Ryan Russell and Mason Erhard, 10-8, in first doubles. Carrabec won the second doubles by forfeit.

Boothbay falls to 3-5. Carrabec improves to 5-3. Boothbay’s next schoolboy tennis match is Monday, May 21 at 4 p.m., when the Seahawks host No. 3 Hall-Dale (6-1) in Class C South tennis.
