Dear Editor:

Duplicity and deceit, thy name is Matt Dunlap.

It is the sworn and solemn duty of the secretary of state to construct ballot questions that are clear and concise so as to promote and protect the vote of the individual as one the most sacred rights we have as Americans. I now call on our representatives Hawke and Dow as well as the governor to reverse and strike down this most convoluted and manipulative aberration of a measure that was originated mostly by out of state George Soros-$ millions and underhanded southern Maine socialists.
