The following are closed cases reported by the Lincoln County Clerk of Courts for the period between July 15 and Aug. 15. All sentences, except those noted, are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Tony Bibber, 31, of Boothbay, probation violations for Domestic Violence Assault, Aggravated Assault, Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening with priors, and Domestic Violence Terrorizing with priors. He was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for three years for the first three charges and two years for the fourth charge. In a separate incident, guilty of Obstructing Report of a Crime, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 364 days; and Aggravated Assault, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for five years, all but two years suspended and probation for four years. Deferred disposition on a second charge of Aggravated Assault. In yet another incident, guilty of one charge of Assault, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for two years. Deferred disposition on a second charge of Assault.

Zachary Dunning, 25, of Alna, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to jail for three years, two years probation, and ordered to pay restitution of $463.90.

Joseph Pinkham, 31, of Boothbay, probation violation for Possession of Sexually Explicit Material of a Minor Under 12, sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections. In a separate case, guilty of Possession of Sexually Explicit Material of a Minor Under 12, sentenced to jail for 10 years, all suspended, with 12 years probation.

Benjamin Day, 38, of Woolwich, probation violation for OUI (alcohol) with two priors, sentenced to jail for five days.

Lewis Berry Breton, 54, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Harassment by Telephone, sentenced to jail for 24 hours. Deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.

Trevor Warren, 30, of Dresden, guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for 14 days; Cultivating Marijuana, sentenced to jail for 14 days; and Disorderly Conduct, sentenced to jail for 14 days. Deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Molly Stark, 54, of Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500.

Sarah Gentry, 18, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $200.

Jeremy Prior, 40, of Bremen, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 48 hours in jail and fined $500; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Hugh Frazel III, 54, of Edgecomb, guilty of Criminal Trespass, fined $1,000. Deferred disposition for Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Assault.

Patrick Wermuth, 29, of Dresden, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation for one year. In a separate case, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 96 hours in jail. In another case, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to seven days in jail.

Kasey Benson, 37, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 159 days.

Stuart Wyman, 26, of Wiscasset, guilty of Assault, sentenced to five days in jail and fined $500. In a separate case, deferred dispositions for Violating Protection from Abuse Order and Violating Conditions of Release.

Casey Ryder, 27, of Boothbay, deferred disposition for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. In a separate case, guilty of Theft of Lost, Mislaid, or Misdelivered Property, fined $300.

Travis Morton, 40, of Newcastle, guilty of Forgery and Theft by Deception.

Leslie Cook, 73, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, fined $700. Also guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License or with Conditions or Restrictions.

Jyllian York, 20, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $500.

Brian Barter, 28, of Dresden, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 72 hours in jail.

Christopher Carter, 41, of Newcastle, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

Bryan Gregg, 43, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Hector Bohan, 28, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with prior, fined $500; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Garreth Burnham, 32, of Southport, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $500; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault and Violating Conditions of Release.

Justine Lovig, 50, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to six days in jail. Deferred disposition for Disorderly Conduct, Loud, Unreasonable Noise. In two separate incidents, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Loud, Unreasonable Noise, sentenced to jail for six days; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for six days for each case.
