Closed criminal cases May-June

The following were closed cases in the Lincoln County District and Superior Courts for May and June. All information was provided by the Clerk of Court; unless otherwise noted, all sentences are to be served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Julius Davenport, 43, of Rock Springs, Wyoming, guilty of Operating After Suspension, fined $200.

Reid Poosokan, 23, of Southport, deferred disposition for Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

Dana Kilcrease, 58, of Augusta, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to two days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and fined $500. Also guilty of Domestic Violence Terrorism, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but two days suspended, probation for 11 months. Also deferred disposition for a charge of Terrorizing.

Sarah Morse, 34, of Bath, guilty of Disorderly Conduct with Offensive Words or Gestures, fined $300; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Heather O'Brien, 45, of Newcastle, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, fined $1,000; and Forgery, fined $1,000. Deferred disposition for two charges of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.

James A. Burk, 47, of Jefferson, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but five months suspended; probation for one year.

John Utley, 31, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words or Gestures, fined $300; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Heather Smith, 41, of Walpole, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, license suspended for one year and 101 days, and fined $500. Deferred disposition on three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Matthew Pelletier, 32, of Pittston, guilty of Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force, sentenced to jail for 30 days; Assault, sentenced to 30 days in jail; and Criminal Mischief, sentenced to 30 days in jail. Deferred disposition on Assault on an Officer, Aggravated Criminal Mischief, and Domestic Violence Reckless Conduct.

James Robert Curtis, 38, of Waldoboro, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Loud, Unreasonable Noise; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Gerard O'Brien, 47, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words or Gestures, fined $500; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Robert Bayard, 84, of East Boothbay, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; and deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol).

Theresa Farrin, 36, of South Bristol, probation violated for Stealing Drugs, sentenced to jail for two days, probation continued.

Cassandra Beckim, 29, of Augusta, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to two years in jail, all suspended, with probation of two years.

Jason Blackler, 41, of Jefferson, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to four years in jail, all but six months suspended; and Forgery, sentenced to six months in jail.

Elizabeth Withers, 27, of Casco, guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to 60 days in jail; four counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to 60 days in jail each; two counts of Misuse of Identification, sentenced to 60 days each; and Aggravated Criminal Trespass, sentenced to 60 days in jail. Deferred disposition for one count of Burglary; three counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer; two counts of Misuse of Identification; and two counts of Forgery.

Micheal Schneider, 24, of Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days. Also guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

Shane Rines, 54, of Sabattus, probation violated for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer; sentenced to three months and 20 days in jail, probation continued.

Nicholas Wentworth, 21, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $200.

Jordan Knott, 28, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $200.

Christopher Graves, 27, of Southport, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Fighting, fined $200. Deferred disposition for Assault.

Joseph Gifford, 55, of Newcastle, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all suspended, fined $300. Deferred disposition for Unlawful Sexual Contact.

Nicole Holt, 51, deferred disposition for Aggravated Forgery.

Stuart Wyman, 26, of Wiscasset, deferred disposition for Unlawful Sexual Touching.

Pedro Lopez, 33, of Nobleboro, guilty of Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, sentenced to two years in jail all but 45 days suspended, probation for two years. Deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Terrorizing, Domestic Violence Assault, and Obstructing Report of a Crime.

Jeffrey Rumney, 50, of Belfast, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended; probation for one year, fined $700, and license suspended for three years, and registration suspended. Deferred disposition for Driving to Endanger, and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Refusing to Stop.

Sean Thomas McDonough, 35, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years, and restitution of $200; and Criminal Mischief, sentenced to 30 days in jail. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 30 days in jail. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Peter James Sullivan, 56, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to three days in jail, license suspended 150 days, fined $500. Deferred disposition for Refusing to Sign Summons and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force.

Wayne Little, 28, of Nobleboro, guilty of Aggravated Assault, sentenced to four years in jail, all but 120 days suspended; probation for four years. Deferred disposition for a second charge of Aggravated Assault, Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, and Obstructing Report of Injury. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 90 days.

Brian Barter, 28, of Dresden, guilty of Assault, sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $300. In a separate incident, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for seven days, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days, and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours; deferred disposition for Driving to Endanger.

Brian Tomacelli, 31, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with two priors, sentenced to two years in jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation of two years, license suspended for six years, registration suspended, and fined $1,100.

Walter Kruse, 51, of Dresden, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

Leona Cocco, 34, of Edgecomb, guilty of False Public Alarm or Report, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

Jennifer Rosa, 39, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

Kristopher Peters, 41, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours; deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked.

Christopher Perkins, 34, of Dresden, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to 14 days in jail.

Derek Juchnik, 25, of Newcastle, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $650, license suspended for 150 days.

Michael Schneider, 24, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 72 hours. In a separate incident, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

Hunter Andrews, 19, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to jail for 24 hours.

Jeffrey Clifford, 58, of Edgecomb, guilty of Shooting from a Motor Vehicle or Motorboat, fined $200.

Kelly Delano, 42, of Wiscasset, civilly fined for Allowing a Dog to be At Large, fined $25, ordered to pay restitution of $75; deferred disposition for Keeping a Dangerous Dog.
