Closed criminal court cases, March 15 - 31

    The following are closed criminal cases at the Wiscasset district and superior courts from March 15 to 31. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Court Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

    Daniel Zehm, 50, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior; sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation of one year, a fine of $700, and license suspended for three years and registration suspended.

    Brandi Griffin, 31, of Waldoboro, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to five days in jail, fined $500, and license suspended for one year and 60 days.

    Caleb Churchill, 50, of Somerville, guilty of Burn Without Permit, fined $100.

    Duane Edwards, 31, of South Portland, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $150.

    Richard Cost, 22, of Edgecomb, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

    Brooke Ciampa, 22, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

    Louis DeLong, 46, of Waldoboro, guilty of Assault, fined $500, ordered to pay restitution of $1,004.

    Ashley Souza, 26, of Camden, guilty of Theft of Services, fined $250, and deferred disposition for Attaching False Plates.

    Mark Joseph Tocco, 55, of Warren, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without License, fined $500.

    Monterral Williams II, 36, of Waldoboro, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $150.

    Ashlee McGhee, 28, of Newcastle, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

    Keith Shaw, 44, of Waldoboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250; Failing to Stop for an Officer, sentenced to 72 hours in jail; guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 72 hours in jail.

    TJ Michael Wing, 33, of Poland, guilty of Marine Worm Digging Without License, fined $200.

    Jessica Dowling, 35, of Whitefield, guilty of Allowing Dog to be at Large, fined $100.

    Nicholas Hodgdon, 22, of Dresden, probation revoked for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to 14 months in the Department of Corrections.
