Entries sought for 11th annual Maine Photography Show

    Maine’s premier juried exhibit for photography is now accepting entries. Open to all Maine residents, including those part-timers who have summer addresses, submissions can be completed on line at www.mainephotographyshow.org.

    Four categories for entries include Color, B & W, Student, and this year’s Special Theme: “Photo Impressionism.”

    Up to three entries per person are allowed. Selections can be “mixed” among categories. Students must be 18 or under and may choose any theme or style that best defines their expertise.

    Juror for this year’s show is Maine photographer, Kathleen Clemens who will select over 100 exhibitors, and choose 16 prize winners and one “Best of Show.” Awards will be presented at the show’s opening, April 8. Sponsored by Boothbay Region Art Foundation, the exhibit continues through May 6.

    Entries are being accepted now through Friday, Jan. 22 at the stroke of midnight.
