Artist/First Friday Reception: 3-5 p.m., refreshments

"Dorothy Eisner (1906-1984): The Cranberry Island Years." The gallery's first exhibition of oil paintings by the renowned mid-century Modernist; and "Jean Swan Gordon: By My Own Hand”: Floral still-lifes painted by the beloved East Boothbay artist with flowers planted and gathered by the artist herself. Both shows run May 25 through June 27. Spring hours: Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Carlo Albucci’s new oils on masonite by the Florentine painter. The public is invited to join the celebration. The artist will attend the reception from Italy via WhatsApp on the Internet.

Come by for our very first Art Walk! Specializing in hand-made prints: woodcuts, etchings, wood engravings, collagraphs, monoprints, and more. Celebrating our 23rd year! Featuring new plein air paintings of the Boothbay region by Corinne McIntyre. Directions: At the traffic light on Route 27 next to Hannaford supermarket, turn onto Route 96. Go about six miles look for Van Horn Road on your right and turn. Drive about 1/4 mile down Van Horn to the Ocean Point Studio on your left.
