If you worked hard last year and need help preparing your taxes, Midcoast CA$H has trained volunteers ready to assist. Individuals who make less than $54,000 are eligible to have their taxes prepared and e-filed for free. This Saturday, Feb. 17, volunteer tax preparers are taking appointments in Wiscasset at the Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission, 297 Bath Road (opposite Big Al’s).

To see if you qualify or schedule an appointment at tax sites in Wiscasset, Bath, or Brunswick, call (207) 699-0752. If you’re outside this area, visit cashmaine.org or call 211 to find a site near you. Appointments are being scheduled now.
