Midcoast Printmakers announced a new Saturday workshop to be held at their studio workshop on Main Street in Damariscotta on Saturday, Nov. 8.

Debra Arter will teach the class which include setting up plate, making repeat images, forming a shaped images and using other objects to create textures and details.

The class will start at 2 p.m. and go till 5 p.m. Each person can expect to make at least six prints which are suitable for framing, gifts, cards or collage.

All supplies and instruction are included in the $40 fee. Class size is limited, so sign up early by calling Debra at 207-563-7100 to register.

This is a great class for adults and children to do together. No experience is necessary.
