Dear Editor:

I had the pleasure of meeting Dale Harmon several weeks ago at which time we discussed his hopes for reelection as Boothbay Selectman.  I was impressed and admired his dedication to Boothbay, himself a lifelong resident who has remained, and raised his two children here as well.  It was obvious that he takes a strong interest in the community as shown by his involvement for the past three years with the Joint Economic Development Committee.  During that time he has been involved in thoughtful decisions and input regarding Boothbay's growth and development that will enhance the economic health of Boothbay and its residents. He has very positive ideas that would help local tradesmen begin apprentice programs and is an advocate for affordable housing.
