Greetings everyone. At our Oct. 9 meeting we discussed future events for the K.P. Hall. Many ideas are being talked over and we will share with you some fun events after we get them locked into some dates.

We have broken ground for our new event sign which will be out front. We are hoping this will help us announce our events and possibly other area events.

Coming up on Saturday, Oct. 14 at the Boothbay Lobster Wharf will be our lobster bake/dance on the dock fundraiser. This is open to everyone so come on out and join us! Twin lobster meals will include corn and clams for just $25. And for those who want to have a hamburger/chips and salad with soft drink, it is just $10. The bar will be open for those who wish to purchase beer and mixed drinks. Serving meals from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tim Sprague & the Murky Water Band will play from 1-4. The weather forecast looks great and we look forward to event every year.

On Sunday, Oct. 22 at the Boothbay K.P. Hall, the friends and family of Pam Peters will hold a potluck lunch/auction to help her out after having some heart issues. This kicks off at noon and goes until 3.
