Knights of Pythias

The Knights of Pythias would like to thank you all again for once more making this fall’s fundraiser at the Boothbay Lobster Wharf another huge success for our lodge. The turnout was great and all that attended enjoyed a nice day all around. Our 2 bands Tim Sprague and the Murky Water Band along with Junction 27 keep the music flowing.

We are so lucky to be able to hold this event at The Boothbay Lobster Wharf thanks to Tom and Sue Philbrook. Our members did a nice job getting things done and ready. Linda Blackman, thank for doing everything in between! Please know we really appreciate everyone who I involved with this event and the others we do.

We are now moving on to our outdoor projects at the hall, such as our new sign out front and new siding for the back part of our building. Things are shaping up and looking great!

At our Oct. 16 meeting we were treated to a unforgettable clam chowder cooked by our own Robbie Begin.

Coming up at the hall this Sunday, Oct. 22, the friends and family of Pam Peters will be holding a potluck luncheon and auction. Pam has had some heart issues and could use a bit of help. Potluck starts at noon with the auction to follow. Also, coming up on Nov. 11 is our first dance of the fall with Tim Sprague and the Murky Water band. We want to congratulate Tim Sprague for his recent induction into the Maine Ole' Opry.

For more information on the hall, go to our Facebook page at Boothbay KP Hall or call Timmy at 315-5520 or Garry at 633-0831  Again thank you all.
