Dear Editor:

My husband and I spend two months on Southport Island every summer and have been coming to Maine for more than 30 years.  I receive the Morning Catch e-newsletter. The other day I was pleased to read that the rainbow flag will fly over the Southport Town Hall during June. It's a very welcome and positive sign of inclusion. Cheers to the selectmen and selectwoman who made this decision. I only regret that we won't see the flag since we won't arrive until July.
