Dear Editor:

Every time I negotiate through the roundabout I wonder if this is the worst decision ever made by Boothbay voters. I’ve yet to have anyone tell me that the roundabout, the destruction of the Boothbay Common and the replacement of the terrific original golf course have been any improvement whatsoever to the community.

I suggest we start a Go Fund Me drive to raise the necessary funds to at least eliminate the ridiculous and dangerous roundabout; any additional funds can be to restore Corey Lane and close off the Route 27 entrance to the golf course.

Let’s go back to “the way things were and should be!”
