Dear Editor:

The “face” of the Boothbay peninsula is being changed at an alarming rate. Buildings and trees are disappearing almost daily. Will there be anything left of the original landscape when it’s over?

If you have a favorite scene in the area, I suggest photographing it for memories sake; it could be gone tomorrow and lost forever.
