Maine’s premier juried exhibit for photography is now accepting entries. Open to all Maine residents, including those part-timers who have summer addresses, submissions can be completed online at www.mainephotographyshow.com.

This year’s Special Theme is “Visions of Maine.”

Four categories for selection include color, black and white, and student. Up to three entries per person are allowed and selections can be “mixed” among the categories.

Students must be 18 or under and may choose any theme or style that best defines their entry.

Sixteen prizes, and one “Best of Show” amounting to over $1,600, will be awarded at the show’s opening in mid-April 2015.

This event is sponsored by Boothbay Region Art Foundation (BRAF). Its gallery is located at 1 Townsend Avenue in Boothbay Harbor.

Entries will be accepted now until midnight, Jan. 23.
