Dear Editor:

In this issue of the Boothbay Register is one of many war stories about our veterans. Every time I read this, before I am finished, I can’t read the print – and it’s not because my eyes are closed.

When you see a veteran, thank them for their service. They represent all those who didn’t make it home.

God bless our veterans ... past, present and future.
