Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty announces that Michele Perejda has joined its team of Maine real estate professionals as a senior vice president in the flagship Portland, Maine real estate office.

Michele, an investor and resident of the Munjoy Hill neighborhood in Portland, has been practicing real estate for more than 17 years as both an agent and residential brokerage company owner. She has extensive experience in land development, condo sales, and waterfront properties throughout Maine. With more than $30 million in Maine real estate sales to her credit, she brings a wealth of experience to her client base.
