Shawn Moody grew up as the son of a struggling single mother with health problems. At the age of 17 he quit school and got a job to help his family. He found out that by working with his hands he could make money! He started up his own business which eventually grew into Moody’s Collision Centers and has 11 locations today.

Appointed by Gov. Paul LePage to the Community College Board and the University of Maine Trustees, he became the first person to serve on both at the same time. He stands for fiscal responsibility, working-not runaway-welfare, supporting law enforcement to fight crime and the drug crisis, protection of our Constitutional rights, growing jobs and protecting our economy. He has been an inspiration to others to get ahead.

Jonathon Liberman was appointed district attorney in May 2017. He replaced DA Geoffrey Rushlau, who has become a district judge. Jonathon graduated from Cheverus High School, holds a BA in political science from Syracuse University and graduated from University of Maine School of Law. He started his career as a student attorney in the Cumberland County DA’s office. He went on to work as an assistant DA in the District of Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, and Waldo counties, Deputy DA and on to his appointment. Jon lives in West Bath with his wife Erin and son Ben. He considers it an honor and a privilege to serve and hopes to continue.

Do not forget to make reservations for the dinner. Donations will be accepted. Come and meet our candidates.
