The Miles Memorial Hospital Hall Gallery in Damariscotta presents digital photographs by Patrick Conlin from Saturday, Feb. 11 to Friday, March 17.  Pat is a 14-year-old homeschooled 9th grader and self-taught photographer from Boothbay.

Pat draws inspiration for his black and white and color photos from nature, architecture, Maine scenes, and a recent trip to west Texas.  Patrick developed an interest in photography in 2016, and takes pictures using only his iPhone.  He has long been interested in art, having taken many classes from Brady Nickerson of Edgecomb over the years.

When not capturing images with his smart phone, he enjoys studying herpetology, boxing, running cross country, and ice skating.  Pat is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hike, kayak, camp, and has twice climbed Mt. Katahdin.

The framed photographs may be purchased for $75 each by contacting Patrick Conlin at 207-350-7115.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit Miles Memorial Hospital. Pat also hopes to be able to purchase a digital camera from the sale of his photos.

The hospital is located at 35 Miles Street in Damariscotta.
