It’s a three-floor holiday extravaganza! Paintings, sculpture, jewelry, fiber art, note cards and stationery, photography, stained glass, all natural/organic health products, pottery, ceramics ... Studio 53’s 7th Annual Gifts for Giving Holiday Show and Sale opens Thursday, Nov. 17 and will run through Sunday, Nov. 20. 

Look for pottery and ceramics by Elise Andersen of Andersen Studio and Ann Hedgcock;  fiber artists: Jill Butke, Leslie Muir-Volpe, Helen Farnham, Barbara Lally, Susie Stephenson and Ursula Smith; health and wellness offerings by Anna Christina and Crystal Lewis; artisan works by Jesse DeShazo, Diana S. Kerr, Lou Landry, Dick Macdonald and  George and Naomi Whitten;  artists Don Josephson, Lynne Seitzer, Paula Ragsdale,  John M. T. Authors and illustrators will be on hand for book signing: Sarah Sherman McGrail,  Friday, Nov. 18, 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 19, 9-11 a.m.; Children's book author Paige Pendleton and illustrator Tom Block, Friday, Nov. 18, 5-8 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19 – 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 20 – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; historical fiction/mystery writer Lea Wait on Thursday, Nov. 17 -11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Friday, Nov. 18 – 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19 – 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 20 – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

This year Studio 53 will donate a percentage of sales to the Boothbay Region Food Pantry. Shoppers are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the gallery to accompany the monetary donation.

Studio 53 is located at 53 Townsend Avenue in Boothbay Harbor. Gallery artists include Bob McKay, Heidi Seidelhuber, Terry Seaman, Lynne Seitzer, John M.T. Seitzer, Tony van Hasselt, Don Josephson, Greg Laderer and Nancy Wilkoff.
