Dear Editor:

We are continually gifted with support from the greater community for the work we do here at The Community Center. The most recent came to us from the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club in the form of their annual Kentucky Derby Party from which we will receive a sizeable donation. All who attended had a wonderful time bidding on Silent Auction items and on their favorite horses, and partaking of the delicious food and drink.

In addition to those donors mentioned in the recent article in the Register, we would like to thank Ted Schmidt, Pat Carmoli, Shawn Lewin, Betty Sullivan, Dwight Lewis, Pat Boynton, Debbie Graves, Selina Reed, Sandra Rumery, Gail Lewis, Alice Grant, Lucy Cressey, Stephanie Guite, Duane Lewis, Margie Spratt, Ames Supply, Southport General Store, Capers, Hannafords, Dwight Swisher, Boothbay Region Greenhouses, Amy Ronan, Harbor-Tech, Conely’s Garden Center, and On Board Fabrics.
