Due to this, the scheduled art show and opening reception, featuring Lise Aubry, Brady Nickerson and Jane Varn, at Rising Tide is rescheduled for Feb. 12 from 4-6 p.m.

Nickerson has been teaching an innovative and unique form of expressive painting to children and adults ages 6-86 for more than 20 years.

The focus is on the process without criticism or judgment; spontaneous painting guided by intuition. The freedom, Brady says, is fun and exciting and often very happily surprising.

Aubry and Varn have been students of Nickerson’s for many years and are excited to feature their art with Nickerson’s.
