A photography exhibit by local artist Tom Knobloch will be on display at First Federal Savings & Loan Association in Boothbay Harbor through June. All framed images are available for sale.

Knobloch is a member of the Boothbay Region Art Foundation and First Light Camera Club in Brunswick.

His interest in photography began in high school when he was given his first 35mm film camera. Knobloch learned to develop film after helping a friend build a darkroom in a bedroom closet. Later he started a photography business, Down Home Pictures, shooting weddings and senior portraits.

Many of his scenic photographs have appeared on book and catalog covers.

Today Knobloch specializes in scenic landscapes, seascapes and botanical images.
