Pilates is a mind/body exercise program designed to improve core strength. This unique approach both strengthens and stretches muscles at the same time. You will feel yourself getting stronger as your abdominals, arms and legs become toned. Dianne is an exercise physiologist and certified Pilates instructor. Please bring a mat and towel to each class.
