Alternative Organizational School District 98 – Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor, Edgecomb, Georgetown and Southport – voted in favor of the 14-article budget Jan. 24. The budget, amounting to $613,457, was split into two groups of costs: Special Education ($171,708) and system administration ($441,749). The meeting lasted less than 10 minutes and all items were passed with no discussion.
