Closed cases for May

    The following information on closed cases for May was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences were served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

    Michael Brewer, 65, of Union, had probation violated for Burglary, in an incident in Boothbay on March 17, 2013. He was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for seven years. In separate incidents, guilty of Terrorizing, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 364 days; guilty of Failing to Stop for an Officer, sentenced to jail for six months; guilty of Driving to Endanger, sentenced to jail for six months, license suspended for 30 days, and fined $575; guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License, sentenced to jail for 30 days; and guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days.

    Peggi Connors, 43, of Kenduskeag, had probation violated for Trafficking in Prison Contraband, in an incident in Wiscasset on Sept. 17, 2014.

    Michael Burns, 35, of Wiscasset and Dresden, had probation violated for Aggravated Assault, in an incident in Edgecomb on Nov. 6, 2014. In a separate incident, Burns was found guilty of Domestic Violence Assault with priors, and was sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, with probation of three years. He was also found guilty of a second charge of Domestic Violence Assault, and sentenced to 28 months in the Department of Corrections, and Violating Conditions of Release, and was sentenced to six months in the Department of Corrections.

    Kelly Paine, 46, of Newcastle, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for four days; and Operating a Vehicle without a License, sentenced to jail for four days. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for four days. In another incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for four days.

    Kevin Kimball, 60, of Pittston, guilty of Obstructing Report of a Crime, sentenced to jail for seven days. Deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening.

    Lisa Wallace, 53, of Nobleboro, deferred disposition for one charge of Aggravated Assault and two charges of Domestic Violence Assault.

    Daniel Young, 45, of Damariscotta, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $500; and deferred disposition for Reckless Conduct.

    Henry Thompson III, 31, of Newcastle, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, sentenced to jail for 18 months, all but 30 days suspended, probation of two years, and ordered to pay restitution of $47.79.

    Selena Brewer, 43, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for five days.

    Paul Andrews, 35, of Jackson, guilty of Assault, sentenced to jail for nine months, and fined $300; and Criminal Threatening, sentenced to jail for nine months.

    Ben Dickinson, 22, of Boothbay, guilty of Failure to make an Oral or Written Accident Report, fined $250. In a separate incident, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $800, license suspended for 30 days.

    Eric Doughty, 42, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating with License Suspended or Revoked, with priors. Fined $750.

    Jessica Snow, 28, of Wiscasset, guilty of Passing a Stopped School Bus, fined $250.

    Albert Fiske, 63, of West Bath, was taken into custody in Wiscasset as a fugitive from justice.

    Christopher Ashton, 27, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $250.

    Brian Main, 37, of Edgecomb, guilty of Fishing for or Taking Shellfish from Closed Area, fined $500.
