Closed cases for November, December

The following are closed cases for November and December. All information was released by the Lincoln County Clerk of Court. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail. Probation violations include details of the original offense.

Judith Fossel, 72, of Alna, guilty of Littering, fined $500.

Jeremiah Lucas, 21, of Edgecomb, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for six months, fined $500.

Alexander Pedroza, 25, of Bath, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation in Boothbay Harbor, sentenced to jail for 30 days, fined $500.

Anna Pinkham, 29, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI (alcohol) in Boothbay, fined $750.

Tison Gagne, 29, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for five days.

Henry Cocking, 77, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Passing a Stopped School Bus, fined $250.

Travis Clark, 35, of Dresden, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $495; and deferred disposition on Domestic Violence Assault and Obstructing Report of a Crime.

Samuel Iserbyt, 50, of Dresden, guilty of OUI (alcohol) one prior, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 30 suspended, license suspended for three years, registration suspended. Deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked; and OUI (alcohol) two priors. In a separate matter, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, fined $700, probation of one year, license suspended for three years, and registration suspended. In another incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 14 days; Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force, sentenced to jail for 14 days. In a fourth incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 14 days; Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force, sentenced to jail for 14 days.

Cody Devenger, 31, of Boothbay, guilty of Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, fined $500.

Jason Cloukey, 44, of Wiscasset, probation violated for Aggravated Assault, sentenced to jail for 14 days, probation continued.

Heather Manson, 35, of Boothbay Harbor, probation violated for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, sentenced to jail for four months, probation partially revoked.

Gage Wahlstrom, 25, of Bowdoin, probation violated for Forgery in Westport Island, sentenced to jail for six days, probation partially revoked.

Sean McDermott, 33, of Boothbay Harbor, probation violated for OUI (alcohol), two priors, sentenced to jail for three days, probation continued.

Ashley Davison, 21, of Topsham, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $300; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 90 days. Deferred disposition for Assault on an Officer, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Caroline Hyson, 33, of Walpole, guilty of two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in Edgecomb, sentenced to two years in jail, all but 45 days suspended, probation of two years, restitution of $810. Also guilty of Stealing Drugs in Edgecomb, sentenced to 45 days in jail.

William Tun, 20, of Bristol, guilty of two counts of Violating Protection from Abuse Order in Wiscasset. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 14 days suspended, probation of one year.

Zachary Dunning, 26, of Wiscasset, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for six months, restitution of $153,67; and Forgery, sentenced to jail for six months. Also probation violated for Burglary, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 16 months.

Paul Specyalski, 43, of Boothbay, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 60 days; two counts of Harassment by Telephone, sentenced to jail for 60 days each; and one count of Domestic Violence Terrorizing, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 60 days suspended, probation of two years, and restitution of $199. Also deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Terrorizing with priors.

Christopher Molyneux, 42, of Woolwich, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, two years probation.

Alton Colby, 53, of East Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for five days; also, deferred disposition for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug.

Stuart Wyman, 28, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Trespass, fined $500; Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for three days; deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked – OUI. In a separate incident, guilty of Burning Prohibited Material, fined $500, and deferred disposition for Failing to Kindle in Prudent Manner.

James Chattley, 41, of Dresden, deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Vickie Chattley, 41, of Dresden, deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Kyle Wilson, 20, of Boothbay, guilty of Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, fined $250. Also, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250; and Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $150. Deferred disposition for Operating a Vehicle Without a License.

William Hanson, 55, of Alna, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $250; and Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $250.

Harley Bulmer, 39, of New Harbor, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for four days.

Konstantinos Rigas, 30, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for five days.

James Littlefield, 19, of Boothbay, guilty of Minor Possessing Liquor, fined $200.
