February closed cases

    The following are closed cases in Lincoln County Superior and District Courts for February. All information was provided by the Clerk of Courts. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

    James Whitcomb, 41, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $500.

    Cheri Bibber, 50, of Boothbay Harbor, probation violated for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to jail 25 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Taylor John Lewis, 25, of Southport, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words and Gestures, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, and Assault, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, fined $300. Deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault and  Unlawful Sexual Touching. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

    Kyle O’Brien, 26, of  Lisbon Falls, guilty of Unlawful Sexual Contact in Dresden, sentenced to the Department  of  Corrections for 364 days, all suspended, probation of one year. Deferred disposition for a second charge of Unlawful Sexual Contact. In a separate case, guilty of one charge of Violating Conditions of Release, and deferred disposition for a second charge of Violating Conditions of Release.

    Derrick Uriah Smith, 30, of Augusta, probation violated for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property for an incident in Wiscasset, no sentence imposed.

    Lawrence Eckert, Sr., 68, of Wiscasset, charges of Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Trespass dismissed.

    Andrea Lynn Giles, 48, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, sentenced to jail for 48 hours. Deferred disposition on Domestic Violence Assault and Criminal Mischief.

    Sawyer Alley, 19, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, fined $500, and deferred disposition for Domestic  Violence Assault.

    Trevor Francis, 23, of Newport, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures for an incident in Boothbay Harbor, fined $500, and deferred disposition for  Domestic Violence  Assault, Criminal Mischief, and  Obstructing Report of a Crime.

    Jessica Baker, 26, of South Paris, guilty of Unlawful  Possession of Scheduled Drug, fined $400, for an incident in Wiscasset. Deferred disposition for Trafficking in Prison Contraband.

    Harley Bulmer, 39, charge of Failure to Appear for Disclosure or Contempt Hearing dismissed.

    Eugene Sukeforth, 83, of Wiscasset, guilty of Gross Sexual Assault, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 15 years.

    Raymond Seiders, Jr., 50,  of Dresden, guilty of Failure to Comply with Sex Offenders Registry Act, first offense, unconditional discharge.

    Chelsea Morton, 22, of Boothbay, guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for six days. In a separate incident, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but six days suspended; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to six days in jail.

    Grayson Alexander, 25, of Lyme,  New Hampshire, charge of Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force dismissed.

    Nathan Papineau, 31, of Boothbay Harbor, not guilty of Domestic Violence Assault.

    Daniel Davis, 38, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, sentenced to jail for 30 days, and Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $250. Deferred disposition for Terrorizing. Also guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $150.

    Gregory Michaud, 35, of Hollis Center, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior for an incident in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for six months, all but seven days suspended, probation of one year, license suspended for three years, and registration suspended; fined $900. Also guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License or with License Restrictions, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

    Paul Mellyn, 59, of Damariscotta, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with two priors, sentenced to jail for two years, all but six months suspended, probation of two years, license and registration suspended for six years, fined $1,100. Also guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License or with License Restrictions, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

    Brandon Cookson, 29, of Trevett, guilty of Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Refusing to Stop, sentenced to jail for 48 hours. Also deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.

    Troy Carter, 27, of Newcastle, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol).

    Joseph Jackson, 31, of New Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol) sentenced to 48 hours in jail, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Damariscotta. Also guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

    Robert Brann Jr., 45, of Whitefield, guilty of Failure to Give Correct Name, Address, or Date of Birth, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, for an incident in Wiscasset; also guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with a prior, fined $500. Deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.

    Briana Rideout, 21, of Whitefield, charges dismissed for Violating Conditions of Release for an arrest in Alna.

    Nicki Boynton, 32, of Edgecomb, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for five days, ordered to pay restitution of $59.99.

    Trevor Rose, 42, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with one prior, fined $500.

    Zachary Hussey, 29, of Rockland, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, fined $200.

    Kenneth Thomas, 26, of Damariscotta, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $150.

    Daniel Allen Sentell, 27, of Stockton Springs, extradition ordered as Fugitive from Justice.

    Gregory Doray, 29, of Wiscasset, extradition ordered as Fugitive from Justice.

    Harry Hilton, 64, of Wiscasset, charge of OUI (drugs or combo), dismissed.

    Richard Beane, 53, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $500, and deferred disposition for Criminal Trespass.

    Abel Bryer, 20, of Boothbay, charge of Transportation of Drugs by Minor, dismissed.
