The Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting everyone in the surrounding communities to the first ever Snow Ball to celebrate the successful Holiday Marketfest held Dec. 6-8 on the streets of Wiscasset. The Snow Ball is serving as a fine and festive end to a delightful few days of community frivolity.

You can buy your tickets at Moulinette and Birch on Main Street or at The First National Bank or the Chamber of Commerce office. The tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. The evening, Saturday, Dec. 8 from 7 to 10, includes hot hors d'oeurves and music by the Salty Dogs, by which to dance. The bar will be a cash bar. The Snow Ball will be held at the newly renovated Waters Edge on Davis Island.

Do not worry about what to wear. From top hat to crazy Christmas sweater from a Christmas red onesie to a Grinch hat ... all festive attire is a go!

Dance the night away with friends and family and enjoy the beauty of the season.
