The community is cordially invited to a special Good Friday service at Boothbay Baptist Church on Friday, April 19 at 6:30 p.m.

The service of readings and music will portray the Passion of Jesus as seen through the eyes of those who knew Him or who witnessed the crucifixion. It will culminate in the congregation’s observance of Communion, the Last Supper, as directed by Jesus in remembrance of His sacrifice.

The community is also invited to celebrate the triumphant resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and the promise of eternal life with Him, on Easter Sunday, April 21, during the following services:  Easter Sunrise service at 6 a.m. on the dock in Bayville, with breakfast to follow at the home of Al and Becky Roberts (food contributions welcome), Roberts Road, Bayville. At 10:15 a.m. the Morning Worship Service will be held at the church featuring special music. (No Sunday School.)
