Harbor Theater, the peninsula's non-profit cinema in the Mini Mall, has donated 50 family passes to the Boothbay Harbor Coast Guard station for it 28 officers, crew and staff. Each ticket admits one Coast Guard member and family to any movie shown at the theater.

The Theater is joining the increasing number of local establishments helping Coast Guard members during the federal government shutdown when the Guard's payroll has been suspended.

The tickets are good even after the government shut down ends as a continued thank you for the Guard's service to this community.
