The annual meeting of the Knickerbocker Lake Association will be held Wednesday, Aug. 22 at 5:30 p.m. in the McEvoy Lodge at Camp Knickerbocker. Guest speakers will include: Laura Diemer of Forrest Bell Environmental with a report on the condition of the lake; Water District representatives; and Code Enforcement Officer Jason Lorrain.

Recommendations to keep our backup resource health will be discussed. The condition of the lake is crucial to the economic health of the peninsula and this update will be of great interest to all.

Leslie Volpe of the West Harbor Pond Association will speak about their recent work on the watershed and partnership with the Water District.

Refreshments will be available and all are welcome.
