The Life of Frederick Douglass at Lincoln Home

Join Jerry Wiles, noted historian, on Monday, May 8, from 3 to 4 p.m. at The Lincoln Home, to learn the life story of Frederick Douglass. Born into slavery in 1818, Frederick escaped as a young man and became a leading voice in the abolitionist movement. For his entire life, he fought for equality and justice for all people.

The Lincoln Home is located at 22 River Road, Newcastle.
