The following information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Eric Machett, 26, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Aggravated Assault, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for five years, all but nine months suspended, probation of three years.

Brendon McLellan, 32, of Newcastle, probation violated for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 12 months, probation revoked. In a separate matter, deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release. In another matter, guilty of two charges of Violating Conditions of Release, with an unconditional discharge on both counts.

Samuel Joseph Stanley, 27, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, guilty of Theft by Deception, sentenced to jail for 10 days; Operating a Vehicle without a License, sentenced to jail for 24 hours; Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, administrative release of one year; and a second count of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to 20 days. Also deferred disposition for charges of Transient Seller of Home Repair, Failure to Register; Violation of Consumer Contract Requirements; and two counts of Theft by Deception.

Annmarie Stewart, 42, of Edgecomb, guilty of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, sentenced to 364 days in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of one year and restitution of $3,190; Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 364 days, all suspended, probation of one year, restitution of $3,190; and False Public Alarm or Report, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 364 days, all suspended, probation of one year, restitution of $3,190. Deferred disposition for Tampering with Witness, Informant, Juror, or victim.

Darren Creamer, 36, of Bath, guilty of Criminal Trespass, fined $300; also deferred disposition for Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Domestic Violence Assault.

Shawna Snyder, 39, of Auburn, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to jail for 15 days; and guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for eight months, all but 15 days suspended, and probation of one year.

Felicia Giles, 37, of Westport, deferred disposition for Assault. In a separate matter, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 10 days, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 10 days. In another matter, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 15 days, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days; guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 15 days; and deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked.

Genaro Harris, 32, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to jail for five days and ordered to pay restitution of $1,720; guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for five days; deferred disposition on a charge of Domestic Violence Assault, a second charge of Criminal Mischief, and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.

Hertis Scott, 41, of New Britain, Connecticut, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 30 months, ordered to pay restitution of $360, and fined $400, which was suspended. Deferred disposition for Falsifying Physical Evidence.

Jesse Spicer, 37, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days. Deferred disposition for a second charge of OUI (alcohol) and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force.

Matthew Plummer, 35, of Wiscasset, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 90 days.

Christine King, 53, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Debra Koughan, 51, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $150.

Kyle Pendleton, 30, of Alna, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for seven days; license suspended for three years, registration suspended, fined $700.

Matthew Burnham, 20, of Boothbay, deferred disposition for Allowing a Minor to Possess or Consume Alcohol. In a separate matter, guilty of being a Minor Consuming Alcohol, fined $200.

Charlotte Warren, 26, of Brunswick, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to jail for nine months, all but six days suspended, and probation of one year. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for six days.

Scott Grady, 32, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol) – no test, one prior, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, probation of one year, fined $900, license suspended for three years, and registration suspended; and guilty of Failure to Stop, Remain, and Provide Information, sentenced to jail for 30 days. Deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked.

Scott Greenleaf, 44, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, offensive words or gestures, fined $600. Also deferred disposition for Criminal Trespass.

Adam Peaslee, 27, of Dresden, guilty of Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force, sentenced to two days in jail.

Earl Brewer Jr., 58, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 24 hours; and Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $250. In a separate matter, guilty of Possession of Marijuana, fined $350.

Mary Witwicki, 53, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Lawrence Eckert, 45, of Wiscasset, guilty of Hunting Antlerless Deer Without Permit, fined $1,000; and deferred disposition for Hunting Deer After Having Killed One.

Leroy Leavitt, 35, guilty of Improper Victim Contact Pre-Bail, sentenced to jail for 72 hours; deferred disposition on Violating Conditions of Release.

Robert Moore Jr., 67, of Boothbay, guilty of Failing to Make an Oral or Written Accident Report, fined $250, and Failure to Stop, Provide Information, fined $250.

Matthew Aubuchon, 29, of Pittston, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

Philip Harrington III, 30, of Woolwich, guilty of Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, fined $250.

Jeremiah Lucas, 21, of Edgecomb, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation, sentenced to jail for 30 days, fined $500.

Alexander Shaw, 32, of Wiscasset, guilty of Keeping a Dangerous Dog, fined $500; and deferred disposition for Allowing a Dog to Be At Large.

Andrea Loupe, 33, of Wiscasset, guilty of Keeping a Dangerous Dog, fined $250.
