Holly Stover, candidate for the Maine legislature, is excited to announce two local events that South Bristol, Walpole and Westport Island residents can attend to meet her and find out more about why she is running to represent the them.

On Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Westport Island residents are invited to attend a party hosted by Jeff Tarbox at the Old Town Hall on 1217 Main Rd. on Westport Island. “Holly is fantastic. She listens, she has great ideas for improving the economic health of our area, and she’s already actively working on two of the key problems facing Maine, the opioid crisis and affordable health care. I’m excited to have such a qualified candidate running to represent Westport,” said Tarbox. “I hope that everyone on Westport Island who cares about our community and our state comes out to meet Holly in the company of their friends and neighbors.”

On Thursday, Oct. 25, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., South Bristol and Walpole residents are invited to attend a party hosted by Tom and Stephanie Field at the Hawks House Inn on 349 Route 129 in Walpole. “Stephanie and I have known and admired Holly for years,” said Field. “Her dedication to her community and her state are unmatched. We look forward to spreading the word and giving others the opportunity to meet this remarkable candidate.”

At both events, Stover will be on hand to make remarks, and answer questions. Light refreshments will be available.
