The following are closed cases for September. All information was furnished by the Lincoln County court clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Christopher Pressey, 24, of Fall River, Massachusetts, deferred disposition for a charge of Domestic Violence Assault in 2014 in Boothbay.

Gary Collamore, 72, of Newcastle, guilty of Unlawful Sexual Contact for an incident in Damariscotta; sentenced to jail for five years, all but nine months suspended, probation for six years.

James Metzger, 56, of South Bristol, guilty of OUI (alcohol) for an accident that caused injury or death, with priors, for an incident in Damariscotta. Sentenced to jail for four years, all but nine months suspended, probation for three years, license suspended for 10 years, registration suspended, and fined $2,100.

Alexandre Gorey, 27, of Edgecomb, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass. Sentenced to jail for 30 months, all but 10 suspended, probation of two years.

Christie Tarbox, 27, of Harpswell, guilty of Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force in Wiscasset, sentenced to 72 hours in jail.

Eddie Donnell, 24, of Randolph, guilty of OUI (alcohol) in Boothbay, fined $1,000 and license suspended for 150 days. In a separate matter, guilty of Failing to Make an Oral or Written Accident Report, fined $250.

Brian Pottle, 52, of Augusta, probation violated for OUI (alcohol) with two priors, sentenced to jail for 24 hours, probation partially revoked, probation continued, restitution $98.08.

Sonya Lynn Thiboutot, 38, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all suspended, probation for two years.

Cody Roberts, 20, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days; Criminal Trespass, sentenced to jail for 30 days; and Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 60 days suspended, probation of one year. Also deferred disposition for a charge of Aggravated Criminal Mischief. All incidents occurred in Wiscasset. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours; and Furnishing Liquor to a Minor, fined $500. In a separate incident, deferred disposition for a Minor Possessing Alcohol for an incident in Wiscasset; deferred disposition for Possession of Marijuana under 21 years of age and a Minor Consuming Alcohol, in Boothbay Harbor.

Ervin Melanson, 28, of Topsham, guilty of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property in Boothbay, sentenced to jail for two years, six months, all but 60 days suspended, probation for two years, restitution of $1,000.

Jeffrey Bodge, 41, of Dresden, guilty of OUI (alcohol), with one prior, fined $700, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all but 14 days suspended, probation for one year, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, restitution of $450; and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, fined $400, sentenced to jail for 14 days.

Norman Newton, 63, of Damariscotta, guilty of Gross Sexual Assault, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 years, all but 10 years suspended, probation for six years; and a second count of Gross Sexual Assault, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 10 years. The incidents occurred over a decade in Damariscotta.

Debra Koughan, 52, of Wiscasset, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words and Gestures, fined $500, for an incident in Wiscasset. Deferred disposition for Assault and Criminal Threatening, also in Wiscasset.

Timothy Daniels, 25, of East Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Casey Ryder, 28, of Derry, New Hampshire, deferred disposition for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, with priors, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor. In a separate incident, deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release. In another matter, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, sentenced to jail for two years, six months, all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years, restitution of $280; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to seven days in jail; and deferred disposition for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, from an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Seamus Fletcher, 51, of Bristol, deferred disposition for two charges of Criminal Use of Explosives, in Damariscotta.

Adam Giles, 27, of Boothbay, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 339 days, all but 14 days suspended, probation for one year. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 14 days; and deferred disposition for Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force.

Walter Krause, 52, of Bath, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours; and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250, for an incident in Dresden.

Branden Belanger, 48, of Mexico, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 12 months; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 10 days, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Natasha Grimshaw, 24, of Augusta, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; and deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol) for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Christian Morgan, 35, of Bath, probation violation for Violating Protection from Abuse Order for an incident in Wiscasset; sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation partially revoked. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 60 days suspended, probation for one year.

Kayla Decoster, 26, of Biddeford, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Justin Shute, 37, of Belfast, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to jail for eight months; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for six months, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Tanner Marston, 21, of Oxford, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for six months; and Assault, sentenced to jail for 364 days, restitution of $3,011.20. Also deferred disposition for Aggravated Assault, in Wiscasset.

Tyler Dodge, 42, of South Portland, probation violated for Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 45 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued, for an incident in Wiscasset. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to jail for 45 days; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 45 days.

Chelsea Morton, 22, of Boothbay, deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault, in Boothbay Harbor.

Erica Richards, 32, of Newcastle, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Fenanyl Powder, with priors, sentenced to 18 months at the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of two years, fined $400, for an incident in Whitefield.

Kenneth Jackson, 49, of Portland, guilty of Reckless Conduct, fined $250, and deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, in Wiscasset.

Wyatt Colby, 26, of Southport, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; and deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol), in Wiscasset.

David Nichols Jr., 35, of Damariscotta, guilty of Hunting without Valid License, fined $100, for an incident in Whitefield.

Sonya Nichols, 37, of Damariscotta, guilty of Hunting without Valid License, fined $100, for an incident in Whitefield.

Kenneth Orr Smith, 61, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

Leann Donovan, 28, of Waldoboro, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words or Gestures, fined $300; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault, in Wiscasset.

Jason Winchenbach, 31, of Waldoboro, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 25 days suspended, probation for two years, restitution of $50; and Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for 25 days; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault, in Damariscotta.

Joshua Rogan, 22, of Millinocket, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days; Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Word or Gestures, sentenced to jail for 30 days; and Drinking in Public, sentenced to jail for 30 days, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Daniel Barrows, 19, of Waldoboro, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to jail for two years, all but six months suspended, probation of two years, restitution of $8,258.04; Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to two years in jail, all but six months suspended, probation of two years, restitution of $8,258.04; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to six months in jail, for an incident in Wiscasset.

Patrick James Cotnoir, 43, of Gardiner, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to jail for 30 days, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.

Patricia Christ, 30, of Damariscotta, deferred disposition for Stealing Drugs.

Christopher Molyneux, 42, of Woolwich, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all but 10 days suspended, probation for two years; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, for an incident in Wiscasset. In a separate incident, deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.

Alhadji Dean, 74, of Edgecomb, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $150; deferred disposition for two charges of Domestic Violence Assault.

Billy Monteiro, 33, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 24 hours.

Tametha Ellis, 37, of Nobleboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with one prior, fined $500, for an incident in Damariscotta.

Michael Knowles, 37, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $500.

Caleigh Schulman, 19, of Richmond, deferred disposition for Minor Transporting Liquor, in Dresden.

Chantel Nelson, 27, of Wiscasset, cited for two counts of Allowing a Dog to Be at Large, fined $150 for each count.

Julie Laasko, 54, of Alna, cited for Dangerous Dog Violation, fined $250.
