Dinner at Brady’s

Brady's restaurant recently emerged as a year-round restaurant with a hometown vibe after opening last November.

On Friday, Jan. 25, Brady's featured Tim Sprague and the Murky Water Band, a popular local bands on the Boothbay peninsula. Its repertoire falls between country and classic rock and the performance took everyone by storm.

The restaurant was warm and cozy, combining with the music to be the perfect place to be on a freezing night.

Owner Jennie Mitchell Jones said, "The joint effort of the team is what it is all about.  I cannot take any credit for Brady's success without their contribution."

Most of the team was on board and making things happen except for Brady, a Cocker spaniel and namesake for the restaurant who was relaxing at home. “He doesn't really like loud music,” said Jones. In the summer when outdoor seating is available, he and his canine buddies can enjoy hanging out at the restaurant.  A summer doggie "din din" menu is planned.
