Join the Monday Night Book Club at the Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library at 7 p.m. on April 8 for a discussion of “A Piece of the World” by part-time Maine author Christina Baker Kline.

Inspired by Andrew Wyeth's celebrated painting, “Christina's World,” the author “interweaves fact and fiction in a powerful novel that illuminates a little-known part of America's history.”

The club meets at the library the second Monday of every month. The May book will be “Circe” by Madeline Miller.
