Dear Editor:

We’d like to express our gratitude to the many businesses and individuals in this community who welcomed our Thai Daughters during their recent visit to the Boothbay region. The girls had an amazing time at Camp Knickerbocker and Hearty Roots Camp and then celebrated with 75 of our “Friends” at the home of Kate and Bob Horgan for our “Loy Krathong on Linekin” party. Even the torrential thunderstorm didn’t dampen our spirits, thanks to the support of the Knickerbocker Group, The First, Mook Sea Farm, Country Coach Charters, Morning Dew Farm, Boothbay Region Greenhouses, Thistle Inn, Red Cup Coffee, Ali and Riley Stevenson, Kim and Philippe Villard, Emma Stephens, Julie Lamy and many others.

We are so fortunate to live among such generous and supportive people!
